DESCRIPTION:This year our Charity is RAYS FOR RARE. \n\n\n\nIt is a wonderful\, small and very local group that brings support to medically fragile children and their families. Our club will be supporting their 2026 events that will uplift every member of the family in need. Follow them on social media @RaysforRare or visit their website www.RaysforRare.org for more information.  \n\n\n\nOur Charity Dinner will be Creepy Carnival and Halloween Costume Party to Raise Lots of Money for Rays for Rare.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe goals for Rays for Rare are:\n\n\n\n\n~ Bringing uplifting support to medically fragile children and their families. \n\n\n\n~ Providing respite through family support\n\n\n\n~ Connecting families to additional resources in the community\n\n\n\n~ Advocating for pediatric palliative and hospice care resources for children\n\n\n\n~ Growing collaborative relationships with community partners\n\n\n\n\nThe auction proceeds will allow Rays for Rare to continue helping medically fragile children and their families. \n\n\n\nDonate to Rays for Rare \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n“Creepy Carnival” Dinner Menu – $65 per person (inclusive)\n\n\n\nCome from the Deep Dark – Salad Course\n\n\n\n\nSpicy\, crispy fried calamari over char-grilled frisee with miso-peanut vinaigrette. Garnished with fresh cilantro and a drizzle of Thai chili sauce.\n\n\n\n(Allergens: Seafood\, gluten\, nuts\, dairy)\n\n\n\n\nArcane Card Dealer – Entrees Choice\n\n\n\nThe Hierophant\n\n\n\n\nMarinated and reverse-seared sirloin medallions with whipped chimichurri butter. Served with roasted broccoli rabe and parmesan-parsley new potatoes.\n\n\n\n(Allergens: Dairy\, soy)\n\n\n\n\nThe Magician\n\n\n\n\nJerk marinated\, bone-in chicken breast with tomato-scallion consommé. Accompanied by sauteed garden vegetables and garlic mashed potatoes.\n\n\n\n(Allergens: Dairy)\n\n\n\n\nThe Empress\n\n\n\n\nConfit filet of butternut squash topped with cabernet reduction and citrus gremolata.
