The Silver Sage Region Porsche Club proudly sponsors an annual giving program.
Each year the Silver Sage Charity Committee works with board members in selecting a local charity from a list of non-profit organizations nominated by club members. Once a charity organization has been selected the Committee actively coordinates with club members during the year through fund raising activities and outreach to solicit valuable items and services presented for auction at the annual fall Charity Auction. The proceeds from the annual fall charity auction are then gifted to the year’s chosen charity organization.

March 1 – April 30: Charity Nominations Collected

June 3: Silver Sage Board Meeting – Charity Nomination Presentations
Club Members nominating a charity provide presentations to the Club Board.
July: Board Announces Selected Charity Organization
August 1 – September 30: Club Members Solicit Donation Items/Services
Club members must log each auction item by completing the following form:

2024 Donation Letter & Receipt Form (Donation must include Receipt Record)
October 20: Auction Items and/or Service Vouchers Dropped Off
Members must deliver all their charity donation items and/or service certificates/vouchers by October 20 to be prepared for auctioning. NOTE: any items arriving after October 20 can be auctioned, but will not be prepped with an item cover sheet (description).
