Charity Dinner Auction

This year our Charity is RAYS FOR RARE.

It is a wonderful, small and very local group that brings support to medically fragile children and their families. Our club will be supporting their 2026 events that will uplift every member of the family in need. Follow them on social media @RaysforRare or visit their website www.RaysforRare.org for more information. 

Our Charity Dinner will be Creepy Carnival and Halloween Costume Party to Raise Lots of Money for Rays for Rare.

The goals for Rays for Rare are:

  • ~ Bringing uplifting support to medically fragile children and their families. 
  • ~ Providing respite through family support
  • ~ Connecting families to additional resources in the community
  • ~ Advocating for pediatric palliative and hospice care resources for children
  • ~ Growing collaborative relationships with community partners

The auction proceeds will allow Rays for Rare to continue helping medically fragile children and their families.

“Creepy Carnival” Dinner Menu – $65 per person (inclusive)

Come from the Deep Dark – Salad Course

  • Spicy, crispy fried calamari over char-grilled frisee with miso-peanut vinaigrette. Garnished with fresh cilantro and a drizzle of Thai chili sauce.

Arcane Card Dealer – Entrees Choice

The Hierophant
  • Marinated and reverse-seared sirloin medallions with whipped chimichurri butter. Served with roasted broccoli rabe and parmesan-parsley new potatoes.
  • (Allergens: Dairy, soy)
The Magician
  • Jerk marinated, bone-in chicken breast with tomato-scallion consommé. Accompanied by sauteed garden vegetables and garlic mashed potatoes.
  • (Allergens: Dairy)
The Empress
  • Confit filet of butternut squash topped with cabernet reduction and citrus gremolata. Served with grilled asparagus and lemon-lavender red potatoes.
  • (Allergens: None)

The Sage’s End

  • Flourless pistachio cake with chocolate-orange ganache and slivered almonds.
  • (Allergens: Dairy, nuts, eggs)
